Problem of Current Education System
- One of common flaw in our education is everyone is trying to become a doctor/ engineer/MBA at the same time 1000s of engineers are unemployed.
Many of us will agree that what we have studied is hardly being used in our work life.
So We need to identify and get a right career education for them which can give them living and they do not end up wasting time in wrong tracks and relevant skills are imparted from early behaviour. - Wrong or Distorted content
- Main purpose of Education today is for getting job while it shall be for creating jobs.
Solution
1.In order to provide a meaning ful education to our next generation we are starting e-gurukul and invite teachers/tutors to join this mission.
2.It will be covering from class 5 to 12 level of children to start with.
3.Our students will be not only from India but whole world to start with Singapore/USA and other countries will join soon.
4.We intend to start with a pool of Quality teachers with very good teaching experience (5/10/20 yrs) in Good Schools of Singapore/India.

1.E-Gurukul will have *revenue sharing model* where teachers will be able to earn more by mass spreading of their skills.
2.Each teacher presently has limited time so can attend a handful of students only . By our system they can handle large number of students.
